Automatic time tracking
Nobody presses anything. The working-time register fills itself and complies with the law.
The employee's machine heartbeats while they work and allwr opens and closes the day by presence, within their schedule and time zone. Breaks come from the gaps; corrections go through an audited incident.
What is included
- Presence-based clock-in: no button, no app to forget, with a dated opt-out.
- Flexible schedule: entry window, hours owed from the actual entry and a hard end cap.
- Per-person IANA time zone: the same instant lands on the right working day in Madrid, the Canaries or Buenos Aires.

Frequently asked questions
Is automatic clock-in legal?
Yes. The time register is an employer obligation; the person gets prior information (art. 90 LOPDGDD), can opt out and is never prevented from clocking in manually.
What about people who work outside the browser?
The heartbeat means "this machine is still alive". We do not pretend to know whether you type in another app: that would create fake breaks.
