Four ideas the product is built on.

There is no CMS and no infinite archive. There are four pieces. When a fifth deserves to be here, it will be here.

One ledger for the household and the company

Most financial software picks a side. You are either a person with a pleasant app, or a company with an ERP the person never opens. The person who signs the company’s invoices is the same person who pays the school. Splitting those two ledgers is a product decision from the nineties.

ALL WR keeps them in one workspace and separates them with permissions. The accountant sees what the company opens. Personal wealth does not leak into the books because the user is shared.

E-invoicing is local. The product should not be.

VeriFactu, Factur-X, FatturaPA, SAF-T, CFDI, DIAN, ARCA, DTE, CPE, XRechnung, NF-e and 1099 reporting are not fields on one form. Each country has its authority, its calendar and its penalty. A product that translates the screen and leaves the invoice as a generic PDF has not understood the job.

The interface can be the same. The document that goes to the authority has to be that authority’s document. That is why the tax note on these pages changes with the country, not with the language.

Open banking without keeping your password

Aggregating accounts is acceptable only if the credential does not live on our server. The connection goes through the aggregator’s widget. What we store, encrypted, is the token that refreshes the data, not the password you use at the bank.

If your bank is not in the edition’s catalogue, the honest answer is to enter it by hand. Painting a logo on the homepage is cheaper, and it is exactly what we do not do.

Why we do not price per seat

Pricing per user pushes a company to share one password. Pricing per module pushes them to leave time tracking or invoicing outside, which is where the problem later shows up. One price per company aligns the incentive: the more people who actually work in the file, the better the product works.

The concrete figure will be published when it is the final one. Until then this page is better than a number we would have to walk back.
