We are a small team building software for a regulated field. Publishing twenty open roles to look like a scale we do not have would be a hiring lie, and it shows.
Who it might suit
People who have written software that others actually use, and who are not spooked by a tax rule, a consent screen or an audit trail. It does not matter if you come from banking, a professional firm, product or infrastructure. It matters that you care about the detail and that you can say something is not ready.
How to write
An email to hola@allwr.io with a link to your work: code, a piece of writing, a product you have carried. Tell us what you like to build and which country you live in. A three-page cover letter is not required.
If there is no seat, we say so. We do not keep a CV in an opaque pool forever: if you ask us to delete it, we delete it.
