Who you contract with

The service is provided by Wealthreader, S.L., tax ID B44575942, established in Spain. Creating an account means you accept these terms. If you accept them for a company, you state that you can bind it.

What the service is

ALL WR is software for bringing financial information together, invoicing in the edition’s regime, recording working time, and keeping documents and tasks. We are not a bank, we are not a payment institution, and we do not hold customer funds. The money stays at the institution where it already was.

Institution coverage is whatever the edition’s catalogue contains at the time. We do not warrant that a given bank is listed, or that a connection will not break when the institution changes its access. What is missing can be entered by hand.

Your data

The business data you upload is yours. You license us to process it to provide the service and, where we act as processor, on the terms of the processing agreement. You can export it and you can ask for erasure by writing to privacy@allwr.io, without affecting what the law requires us to keep.

Bank waitlist

You can sign up from any country. If automatic bank connections for your edition are on the waitlist, the homepage band says so: it is not a committed launch date. Tasks, documents and real-time cards are already available worldwide.

Liability and law

The software is provided as it stands. We are not liable for lost profit or for a tax, employment or investment decision made only from what the screen shows: the edition cites the rule, it does not replace your adviser.

Spanish law applies. The venue is the courts of the registered office of Wealthreader, S.L. If a mandatory rule in your country of residence gives you your own venue as a consumer, that rule is not pushed aside by this sentence.
